Lewisville is home to D-FW's Best Headquarters or Corporate Campus Move according to the Dallas Business Journal.  The DBJ announced the win at its 17th Annual Best Real Estate Deals of the Year Awards on February 26, 2010.  The project brings highly significant economic benefits to D-FW and to Lewisville.  900 jobs with a median salary of over $70,000, $62.7 Million in payroll, 172,475 square feet of biotech occupancy, and $37 Million in equipment investment for starters. Full details of the story are available in a write-up by Bill Hethcock in the DBJ's special edition highlighting the winners in all categories of the Awards.
