I 35E Corridor Plan

The City of Lewisville is preparing for the Texas Department of Transportation’s proposed expansion of Interstate 35E through the creation of a corridor plan. While the plan is in its very early stages, the plan will incorporate strategies for responding to the existing conditions and the impacts to businesses and residents during the expansion as well as long term plans for access, aesthetics and land use. The plan will analyze the community’s vision for the corridor and market feasibility for the purpose of producing a corridor development plan.
