As you visit this site you will find pieces of information that you may want to add to a Custom Profile. To do that simply click the "add" link that is associated with that information. Once you are finished gathering data simply click "View Custom Report" and that will take you directly to your report. From there you can email, print or create a PDF of that report.

One of the most unique places in the region, the Lewisville Lake TOD is one of few locations that are home to a commuter rail station, a destination Lake, and an interstate highway. To maximize the quality of development at this valuable location, the City of Lewisville created Lewisville Lake Master Plan with the help of architecture/construction firm, the Beck Group. This plan combines the best in accessibility and location to transform a roughly 150 acre area into a quality lake resort with hotel, retail, aquarium, cinema, marina, and residential uses. The City is seeking a potential master developer to undertake the project as a public-private partnership.
